Field Trial Champion Whaupley Reiver won an any variety novice spaniel trial in Scotland when he was 18 months old. In the 2003 – 2004 season he was made up to field trial champion and won a diploma of merit in the 2004 championships. As well as being a Field Trial Champion, Reiver is a first class shooting dog who was also worked on normal shoot days during  the period he was trialling. Reiver has sired dogs and bitches which have won trials in the UK and Scandinavia. He produces small, true cocker types which excel in all aspects of the shooting field and make excellent companions and dogs for other disciplines. His father's line is a complete outcross to many fashionable present day cocker lines and includes a number of very successful old Scottish lines not commonly available, especially in a Champion dog.
